Interesting projects, The colleagues and the team are very committed to their topics, and motivate each other. The environment is positive and attitude was nice, good balance of individual and team tasks.

The pay is not very attractive though as in other public sector jobs too.

Intransparent processes and lack of communication from management, unclear carreer paths and pressure to develop new project and to organise funding for own job.
