Of course, no workplace is perfect. Terrible leadership, including CEO and COO. Year after year of poor performance and layoffs yet no change at the top? Terrible benefits that just get worse every year, which I'm sure none of the executives feel. Terrible pay for employees and no raises or bonuses. No job security, back to back years of layoffs.
