      So much positive change has happened in the last year, its really exciting to think about how much I can learn and experience being part of a company that has so much ambition and energy. I like the mix of office and home working, its good to see the team regularly in person. Everyone I work with is really helpful and friendly, and working with so many customers and locations has been a real eye opener.

      Definitely the pace can be challenging, especially when you first join, but there is a lot of help available. Lots of changes have been positive but could maybe be communicated a bit better so that everyone understands them.

Your point on communicating changes is well taken, we are growing and changing at pace and its important we make sure everyone is part of that and knows what these changes mean - we are looking at lots of ways to share information with the business, and while we have introduced lots of initiatives, we'll keep working hard to make these impactful.

      activpayroll has a lot of great people working there. They're passionate about what they do and genuinely care about their clients/roles. The company has a lot of potential, and with the right leadership, it could be a great place to work.

      However, there are some serious issues at ap that need to be addressed. The leadership team is lacking in vision and direction, and there seems to be a lot of bullying and control issues from certain members of the executive committee. The company's eNPS score of -26 speaks for itself, and it's clear that there are real problems with morale and engagement. Additionally, there are ongoing software issues that are being ignored or brushed under the rug. If you're considering working at activpayroll, it's important to be aware of these issues. Do your research and talk to current and former employees to get a sense of the company culture.

We did see in our most recent employee survey a significant jump in our engagement scores which was really heartening, so we'll continue to build on feedback both positive and constructive to help keep this moving positively.
