All the projects were handled by Indian Service industry (vendors) and they almost ruined all the projects. No Planning and execution. Everything is handled by few peoples so they are changing the process according to their wishes. Incapable HR Incapable Directors Completely Mismanagement Adidas is good to make a variety of shoes but in IT, they don't have vision and budget so not sure how long they will survive in IT industry. Not budget planning. Everything will run from Germany so God knows when and what decision they will take at what time. Almost all the Architects in our business area left in last 3-4 months.
