Poor leadership - Recensione dipendente - Director presso adidas

Lots of improvement required in adidas tech hub - 1. Needs a better building, the current office is dingy, dirty washrooms/parking struggle etc.. 2. Leadership team is full of ex sapients only and if you are not from sapient, you are no good. They have formed a closed group and dont let anyone else to grow. 3. Budget cuts in almost all areas so not many initiatives are running and most projects are in BAU mode only. 4. Good for those who want to have a relaxed life with no major aspirations in life.
