      The international group of colleagues who specialise in different areas makes for a great and interesting working atmosphere and small teams mean there are few bottlenecks and lots of opportunities to grow. Everyone knows and supports each other.

      You get the feeling that you’re not trusted to work remotely. The lack of flexibility with WFH vs office days and the company rules on how to work remotely actually gets in the way of your productivity and work–life balance on a very regular basis.

      Management is clear with expectations. I've enjoyed working across different teams as well. Being part of a team that is in growth mode is exciting! This is the first time I've worked at a place that is expanding at a rapid scale. While the product was really new to me when I joined, I'm so glad I did.
