Daily attendance is required in the office. Employees are required to track their working hours by clocking in and out. Overtime work exceeding 8 hours cannot be converted into vacation days. A minimum daily presence of one hour is required. A Swedish employee suggested adopting a more Swedish work culture approach to the CEO. The code quality is very fragile in this company as no engineers will stay there for more than 2-3 years. The accountant and HR are not interested in building relationships with engineers since engineers won’t stay for long.
