Too much legacy code without repository, hard to maintain

AlaTest has a relatively small office near "Slussen" with one of the best locations in all of Stockholm. In every work room you have a view of Stockholm City ​​Hall and the surrounding water. When you have a "small" office, you are working with a lot of social interactions with the employees. While it can be a negative thing if you don't have a good work environment/negative people, this is not the case at all at AlaTest. Everyone is friendly and when you need help with something, everyone is there for you. One of the biggest contributors of this is the focus on social interactions. When you arrive every morning you greet everyone who is already in the office and when you leave you say goodbye, Weekly meetings includes everyone in the office and they organize events sometimes. This makes it much easier the get good relations with your co-workers and that leads to a very good work environment. When you ask for a vacation leave or other things (dentist/doctor appointments etc) they never disapprove of it. You set your own time as well, so if you want to come in early and leave early, you can. This is a freedom you don't have in most workplaces. All in all, my time here was enjoyable and if the opportunity comes, I would definitely work there again

I feel like there are time when you have little to do and the next day you had a lot, but I guess this is comon in tech companies.
