1. Lack of direction and strategy- ‘leaders’ are afraid to make decisions due to fear of being disappeared 2. Fear culture - speak up or raise a concern and you are ‘disappeared’ 3. Below average pay and very hard to get pay rises 4. Cliques particularly in upper management 5.Erratic CEO who doesn’t listen to anybody, and if challenged will not hesitate to disappear you 6. A lot of ‘senior leaders’ who are in well above their heads and have no idea what they are doing 7. Incredibly high turnover in most departments
