Dear Glassdoor member, We are happy to read that you feel well with our corporate culture and appreciate our nice working environment, good work life balance as well as nice colleagues and flexible working possibilities. However, we are really sorry to read, that you would not recommend our company further. We are continuously working on further development activities concerning our company-wide communication, which remains a high priority goal. Our career paths and training possibilities are created in alignment with the departments and we will soon introduce new career paths as well as an improved career path process. It is our focus to provide effective and essential training possibilities. Therefore we evaluate training needs from the yearly staff appraisals and will also continue in improving this process.
