      - relaxed and less competitive environment (Austria)

      Svantaggi

      - too much dependencies on short-term profitability sacrificing businesses that really provides long-term profits. - appraisal is useless: no clear goals, no clears vision within organization - could not see employees doing extra mile - i see lots of employees with higher degrees (PhD) but does not really contributes. No culture of innovation. Listen to more experienced guys.

      Very toxic environment, almost no opportunities for raises or growth despite what they tell you. They lied about a lot of things I asked about when I interviewed for the position.
