What you do will end up being taken by the bootlickers to put in their powerpoint slides to present to boss and becomes “their work”. 3. Managers only know how to open mouth and talk, but do not care abt people working under them. Most of the times, what they suggest is not feasible at all as they have not get down to the ground and try it themselves. 4. Very few benefits and lack of team bonding spirit here. All year round, you don’t see any celebrations or welfare kind of packs/items. Team leaders/managers hardly treat team for anything to raise motivation.
