Not many. Company tries to be inclusive and a “safe space” but it just comes off as forced and cringe.

Pay isn’t worth the effort you have to put in to sell this. It’s free and most people you are trying to sign up already show up because they signed up for google maps and Apple Maps. Management makes you feel like you are never doing enough. Basically “You suck, that’s why you don’t make sales.” The ads say free registration so the customer goes into the call thinking it’s free then gets hit with a $700 “discounted price”

It fits the requirements of a temporary role of a customer service representative, not doing much just confirming business details for different search platforms and getting access to Google Business Page

No real advancement, says it's a customer service role but relies heavily pushing reviews when not warranted, work culture has a laidback atmospher and a similar laidback professional tone with lots of chants in the morning. Unless youre really good at sales or don't mind pushing your ethic values aside probably not a good fit
