      Great environment and work culture. Since the beginning Arion showed that they care about their employees and their mental health. They provide learning resources and people to reach out whenever you need. I've had personal issues in the past and they helped me go through it, always showing empathy and support.

      Svantaggi

      The only thing I think Arion should improve is to have a more defined growth path, with defined goals and achievements for promotions or/and salary increases.

      Start up environment that is just getting off the ground.

      Disorganized, CEO is a bit out of touch, and they boast AI consulting and they are staff aug. Not a place where sales really happen, just a lot of spinning wheels. Management is lost, inexperienced, and frankly, have very little understanding on how to operate their domain outside of their technology leads. Also on my way out it was shared by other employees they made up stories about why people were let go. Just ugly behavior honestly.
