Vantaggi
Not sure what this company has to offer is a pro let alone professional. The work is not consistent, they lie, crappy benefits, the pay is horrible, unless your in the upper management group!
Svantaggi
Synopsis for this atrocious authoritarian company: The problems with this company start at the top with executive management…..all of whom lack true leadership, and a greater vision in building something great or the inability to communicate effectively in this poorly constructed organization. From the deficiencies in offering a fair wage/salary, along with a healthcare package that offers substance to it all in the aid of being able to meet today’s standard of living. Along with the lacking of other benefits like: No paid holidays, No vacation pay for coders/auditors, and a true vow from this company to meet the demand of employee’s desire of a life/work balance. This horrendous company cares zero about the welfare of the people or the dedication that these people have shown by working super long hours, or traveling extensively around the country all in an effort to better the lives of those not at the top. Only to have a senior vice president state that he and others in the executive level don’t appreciate who is here or not…..or what employees have to offer. This company realizes and will actually admit that it does not pay competitively and will never do so! It is more worried about lining their own personal pockets off of the hard work of those below. This particular VP promises the world to their clients and then overcommits to these clients. He will promise that they can meet specific deadlines then puts an incredible amount of pressure on supervisors who in turn put a tremendous amount of pressure on coders/auditors to perform or else. Under this cloud of constant pressure this company has burned out or has pushed out a remarkable amount of talented employees out the door. For those who make the cut come January into early February they will promise the world only to ax them later on…they will promise such things as bonuses in an effort to bribe employees to perform but, these bonuses are potentially paid out on false reports gathered by people who have no idea on what they are actually doing. As people hear about this company’s pitiful reputation many have turned down their job offers and in turn have had a hard time filling open vacancies. Only to overpay for brain dead morons and putting them into key positions which then really shows the dysfunctionality of this organization. Poor communication, inaccurate reports, a mystery as to who does what or the constant upheaval are all a byproduct of this dysfunctionality. Is this an environment that breeds success for an individual or a person that wants to grow with a company?
