Supervisory staff are known to take extended breaks, or beyond frequent short breaks. It was annoying and frustrating to be dedicated and working on a project that lacked structure. There were often complaints of work not being done or documents not submitted, but in fact there was not an adequate system for such information to be received from outside resources and was often lost. Despite numerous staff attempts, management was rarely receptive to suggestions for improvement or solutions. Therefore leaving everyone unhappy with work performance.

Unprofessional - rumors, personal business, and all kinds of stories are spread and talked about all day.
Working here may seem good at first, but once your there for a while, you begin to notice a lot of things aren't right.
