You never feel like just another member of staff. Everyone is recognised for their contribution. I have been here 19 years and this is without doubt the best company I have ever worked for. Excellent pay. The best salary and benefits I’ve experienced. The work is exciting and varied. You get to work on projects that you just wouldn’t somewhere else. Brilliant team ethic. Everyone looks after each other and does their bit on a project. You work hard but pull together. And there’s plenty of opportunity for a beer on Friday afternoon. Management are really supportive, if you need help with something, whether it’s a bit of support on a job or a call to a difficult client, they’re happy to help. As well as salary, you also get financial bonuses. This helps to make your contribution valued. Successes are all shared. Can be intimidating to some people having to try something new Some people have complained about having to work out of hours but I’ve only experienced that a few times and only when it’s been essential. It's part of being in a team and not letting the client. Fairly standard I would have thought. You are expected to care about your work. There’s never an opportunity to just breeze through it. That may not seem like a con to some, but if you’re the sort of person who just wants to coast from 9 to 5.30 each day, this may not be for you.
