bChannels management, at least those I work with, seem to really care about my personal development and are very understanding of how real life interacts with work life. My wife was in a car accident the other day and they were very supportive of us during that crazy time. Over the next couple of days, they gave me the time I needed to help resolve all the issues that come with a car accident. I also really like the company culture here. It is a unique, positive environment, that really celebrates the diversity of each employee. I think it is really fun working with our different offices across the globe and the different international companies we work with. It is a really cool blend. The last thing I can think of right now is how I really feel like I can be honest with management, which is nice because you don't get that everywhere.
