I worked with backstitch from June 2020-June 2021 and truly loved my experience with this company. They are such a wonderful group of people setting the standard for good workplace culture. While there are so many wonderful things I enjoyed about my role, what I loved most was how open and responsive the backstitch team was to me. I was able to openly talk with them about what I wanted to learn and gain from my role as a first-time Marketing employee.

I personally didn't run into any cons while working for backstitch. I started my job during the COVID-19 pandemic, which was really the only con to my time at backstitch.

- There was a lot of freedom to take responsibility and tasks.

- There was a lack of core developers, so there was always a lot of work to do.
