Like most jobs you find the people you like and get along with and work well with which make the long days easier. Great discount on clothes and sample sales (when they happen) are only open to corporate employees.

Parking is first come first serve. If you are late, good luck finding street parking in the LA neighborhoods. Although the company is trying to make an effort to head in the right direction, I believe their faith in upper management is abysmal. Problems stem from the top, not the bottom. Instead of superiors trying to strengthen and grow their subordinates, they demean them or micromanage and lose sight of focusing on the bigger tasks at hand.
