It's not just that they use old technologies, they use old programming principles, everybody is Full Stack, they don't like what's new or to evolve personal more than acquiring time experience, they don't agree with tools to help and improve work. No testing , code review. Sometimes direct work on client environment, testing environments are way outdated.
