I was hired to lead the Rogers account, then was asked to take over the Audi account at the start of 2024. Since BIMM no longer has the Rogers account, I'm restricting my comments to the Audi business. The client is not Audi directly, but an intermediary called RED. The client relationship is led by BIMM's parent company. So BIMM is only left with managing the day-to-day work. - Working on one of the legacy workstreams is fine. These were established before RED was involved, so the work proceeds mostly with Audi directly. - Any new project is handed to BIMM by RED with ridiculous timelines and no scope. The team is then abandoned to fend for itself. - The client lead from the holding company pretends always pretends to be angry about this, but does nothing. The priority is developing business for the other companies in the holding company. - BIMM's executive team is checked out, leaving the management of the Audi business to the holding company. - The team must also endure staffing "adjustments" regularly since neither Audi nor RED can effectively manage budgets.
