The hierarchy is only focused on selling. Employees are completely disregarded and not valued for their job. They are completely disorganised and don’t get back to you on time when you have any questions. You get minus hours when you’re on sick leave. You most of the time work for 10 hours a day and don’t get more than an hour break. Lacks modernity, rethink the whole design!
