Svantaggi

Microsoft relationship could be much better. Commission structure means you have to pay for yourself and any additional resources you use (e.g. Internal Account Managers) from your commission once you complete your first 12 months of service. Very little is said about this before your first anniversary and there's nothing in writing (though that might have changed).

Thanks for your feedback! We also love the work we do from an ESG side, and with our community partners! The Sales Commission plan that we've recently communicated to the business will be reviewed on a yearly basis, and will be shared with new boxxers when they join the business, but we do appreciate your feedback on this.
