This is an organization that truly lives by it's core values and that is really hard to find these days. It is sometimes a BIG slow moving ship. Sometimes bureaucracy can slow down progress, and roles can become quite compartmentalized. Fortunately the endless opportunities and mobility help mitigate this issue.
