      - The employment contract states a 40-hour workweek. If you fall even one minute below that threshold, you’ll get comments from top management. However, you can work 50–60 hours with no issue. You obviously won’t get any raise. - Many people are complaining within this department. Turnover is high. Promotions are rare—except for top management, who are nonetheless responsible for this chaos. - Day-to-day work increasingly consists of dealing with customer dissatisfaction. - Finally, if you want a salary increase, you’re better off not wasting your time and looking elsewhere.
