Dynamic and young company. Go-to-Market side is ok.

Tech side is a disaster: no roadmap, no strategy, terrible management. Tech teams are managed by aa Non-technical and very inexperieced C-level with very clear micromanagement and toxic traits that make collaboration impossible. In his history, he already fired: VP of Engineering, Head of Data, Head of Product and we just lost half of his Core ML team. All because of his management and ego.

The company has an innovative product and is growing rapidly, which brings with it opportunities for professional growth. Colleagues are very international, hard-working, and friendly.

As with any fast-growing company, changes can occur quickly and so you need to be adaptable and flexible.
