Great Company to work at.

No cons, people are very nice.

You truly work with some amazing coworkers that become like family. The facility is nice and safe. •There are one or two great people in upper management, that actually care. Once you are “trained,” the proprietary systems are user friendly. Generally, coworkers are willing to help you and work well with you.

•The owner is more concerned about having “the power,” on how things are done as opposed to implementing strategies and listening to the catalyst behind the machine, which are his employees. •Some upper management look down on you, I like to call them the minions. •Training isn’t great •Simply put, nepotism. If you’re a day one employee that started with the company, you’re treated above the standard and are carefree. If you’re new, the story changes a bit. • No job security, countless employees who have been there a few years or who were recently promoted can be subject to being released without warning.
