Very strict compliance which makes it hard to develop the business, not well organized HR structure lack of professionals in HR department. Not being a good friend or relative to the management it is impossible to grow. Selfish and judgemental management, often being micromanaged, often lie to employees and not following their words for own or company benefits, most resulted in trying to keep own job safe by sacrificing employees. Most of bosses in Asia having own side business, stealing company's clients which results in low profits and personnel cut which is sudden without prior notice and mostly unethical way without compensation being played by unprofessional ruthless HR department. Creating toxic environment pushing people to leave. Occasional harassment including sexual by managers which is also forcing people to leave or just stay and tolerate without having opportunity to express yourself due to again mismanaged HR system. Situation even got worsen after being sold to Japanese company Nippon express, not able to give any comments regarding Nippon but I am sure without them and their direction all these will not happen like aggressive loyal personnel cutting in a very ruthless way described above resulting in a deep disappointment of good and loyal employees, situation changes if you are friend of a boss or boss yourself, such an aggressive company behavior also causing diseases due to high stress level artificially created by company forcing employees to leave: anxiety, heart problems, high blood pressure, diabetes, insomnia,neuroses. If you are looking for a healthy environment and stable job I do not recommend to join CP however I am sure this brand will soon be dissolved in Nippon Express holding regardless management promises and assurances that CP will still stay independent and keep its brand
