No real sales Training/ objection training. not clear with commissions ever never had the structure broken down and they claimed they did. they give you 2 separate goals you have to hit and one is constantly going up. mentally abusive manager had nick names for reps that had secret meanings. constant micro management. your managers will be selling to and hoarding all the good accounts. one manager even told me to stop doing something because he knew I found a honey pot and tried to hunt it himself(I saw the activity). Needless to Say Do Not listen to your recruiter, do not take this opportunity complete waste of time even pushed me to never work in sales again.
