The companies' products are really good. I've been working with the team in charge of one of this products for a while, and the experience have been great. The team leader and other teammates are really nice and helpful. As with every company, they expect results from you, but they don't make you overwork, and they are willing to help in case you get stuck with something.

Since the team I work with is small, sometimes one person have all the knowledge for specific things. If that person is off for vacation and you need something, you might get stuck in one particular task. But this almost never happens.

I love freedom and an environment where the ability and willingness to learn new things every day is a must-have. Together with a great team, this is exactly what client.IO offers.

To be frank, it's quite hard to find any downside of working for client.IO. It's dynamic, ambitious but free and unforced at the same time. For anyone being afraid of responsibility, there might be downsides for sure. That's not my case tho.
