- Remote job: Clovio had the full remote policy even before COVID era. I Highly recommend the owner's full trust into his employees. - Culture of the company: The company's culture is amazing and always seeking for better ways to improve. - Empowerment: my line manager was always encouraging me to have innovative ways - Team: at the beginning of each month on Fridays we gather and talk all together. There are also several outings and extra activities that are prepared by the company such as Karting, lunch together, etc.. - professional ongoing business - having interns and new blood and creative minds joining us - the business field itself is very interesting to write about. - appreciation from line manager.

- I left for another field so I see no cons otherwise i would have stayed at Clovio.

Having interns and student workers as part of our team helps us gain new, fresh perspectives on our business . Many of them join our monthly team meetings so they can also learn more about the various aspects of clovio. Much like how we’re always looking to broaden our experiences at work, we enjoy exploring new adventures during our team events. Only consider taking the job if you are at early stages of your carreer, “flexible hours” BUT you absolutely have to work full 8 hours otherwise the app the company uses to track productivity identifies it as idle time and take screenshot of your screen - literally - every 5 minutes. Not including the CEO, the rest of the team is nice and super friendly.

Crazy micromanagement from the CEO, I have never seen this before and when I tell stories to other colleagues in other companies, they are usually shocked. Management does not take feedback well and only listen to what it wants. Not much interaction with different departments and absolutely no onboarding and training provided. The CEO sends you a huge pdf document written by previous colleagues so you can read and figure it out by yourself. I would say stay here only for the time you need to help make your CV look stronger, but leave as soon as you can. Growth opportunities are also very limited.

The use of our time and activity tracking app facilitates this flexibility and freedom. clovions can dedicate their time to tasks and projects as required. When there isn’t progress on tasks and projects, we are inclined to look into this with the team member to ensure that we understand the challenges faced and can help the employee accomplish their goals .
