Here in this company we have noticed, how comakeit has spoiled a groth of a fresher by giving 5k salary for years. All most treatment is like slave or a person who doesn't know anything. Its like fresher is like a slave to them. Doen't allow them to work on one technology, will be switched to all technologies day to day. at last fresher willl not be strong in one technology. Seniors here working belongs to one community and doesnt have even good communication skils. Full community partiality. Guys plz b aware of it fresher stay away and dnt work for 5k here or 8k. Worest environemnt........no growth here only manager earning here not any other bz of one community. regards unknown but known
