We also appreciate your feedback regarding commission structure, sales attribution, and performance improvement plans. While we regret that your time with us didn’t meet your expectations, we’d like to offer some insight into how we approach these areas to support our team.
From the beginning of every sales role, we strive to ensure expectations are clear, with detailed metrics and transparent goals laid out. When challenges arise, our goal with a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) is to provide structured support, not punishment. These plans include weekly one-on-one coaching, open dialogue, and guidance from management with the sincere goal of helping employees succeed.
On the matter of sales credit and pipeline ownership, we understand how important this is to our team. We aim for clarity and fairness in our attribution process and regularly assess our policies to ensure they reflect contributions across sales and marketing. That said, we recognize there's always room for improvement, and we’ll consider your feedback as we continue evolving our processes.
