With the abundance of AI companies offering stronger cultures and opportunities, it’s difficult to identify any meaningful advantages to working here.

There is a noticeable amount of internal conflict, favoritism, and behind-the-scenes politics across multiple departments. Growth opportunities are limited, even for long-standing employees who helped build the organization. Many team members are leaving, and it appears the C-levels have lost touch with the company’s core needs and direction.
