- Not exactly a web3 platform, just a web2 company leveraging web3 tech. - No work tools are provided. You also don’t get anything besides salary. No additional benefits. The stock option mentioned in your offer letter may as well be just a faux. - Founder is a micromanager and doesn’t trust his employees to deliver. That in turn makes employees complacent and wait for his opinion most times. - No company structure at all. Everyone work in silos. Hardly any overall departmental meeting. - HR & onboarding process is poor and not well structured. You come on board and from day 1 without understanding the product so well, you’re given strict deliverables. - Founder is quite manipulative and loves to control everything to the smallest details. - Employees are easily hired and fired. No job security. - Expext to work about 12 hours every day.

Good place, nice working culture, people here are really cool and i can manage my work life balance easily and have lot to learn and implement. As an engineer i am learning a lot and getting good exposure.
