It is easy tell that everyone feels passionate about what the company stands for. It is amazing working with such a collaborative team that is always striving for innovation and inspiration to make our products the best they can be.

As with many start-ups, having a smaller team means it can sometimes feel hectic and demanding, but management is constantly working on adding new team members to support the company's growing needs.

Senior Management is extremely passionate about the products, retail-partners, and future growth of the company. Startup vibe allows for a nice mix of work and play, and the company culture is all about open communication (top-down and bottom-up). CEO is always accessible, which is hard to find at a company that is growing so fast. Bonus points for being able to bring my dog!

Most teams are lean, so you have to be comfortable rolling up your sleeves and getting your hands dirty in all types of projects. There's no job that is too big or small for each and every member of the company, so this is just something to be aware of.
