It's good to read that you had great colleagues in Cologne and outside and that middle management is doing a great job. It is correct that we are an agile and fast moving company with a flat matrix structure and I appreciate that this set up is not for everybody. I am sorry to read that this was not right for you. DataXu does have a focused strategy for Germany in place and we strongly believe that our offering is competitive. We have just opened a new office in Berlin to service our clients better and have recently refurbished our Cologne office - so it is far from forgotten.
