They make you cold call, humiliate you, and above all have this fake program of choosing 8 best people (in reality everyone gets an offer) and make you stay in these shared apartments like in a hostel. I had a beard and was told to shave it or get out of the office. They will literally call you out for having a beard - casual racism/sexism are common practices they get away with it because they create an environment with naive grads they can do whatever they want. The work is the worst part they will literally have you cold call 8 hours to candidates using CV extracted from a 3rd party website. We are meant to collect candidates details and then convince them to attend a pre recorded webinar by CEO. They will then check if candidates particpants have then attended a webinar by their CEO and have a fake ranking based on that. Three words - Unethical, unreal and illegal
