If you want an honest review about this company, then look no further! When I joined, I was promised the world. I was promised great incentives and rewards, amazing benefits and I was told management were human. After a few weeks I soon came to realise the LIES I was told! Incentives are there, but only for the top billers which you cannot compete with. Rewards and benefits are given and then just taken away. And the management are far from human. One of the directors is one of the rudest people I have ever met. He's treats you like a child, talks nastily about other employees behind their back, has no idea what he is doing or how to run a business. Sets targets but constantly moves the goal post. Nothing is ever good enough. The other director is just as bad. They both ignore you if you make a harassment or discrimination compliment about another staff member, even when they have been racist! They protect the leaders over anyone else. Always say they are there to support you, yet when you ask for it they question you and make you feel bad. Talk about workhouse culture. Destroys your mental health and will make you question every future employer you have. The staff numbers have over halved in a year and you wonder why. Get rid of people without even giving them a chance. Do yourself a favour and stay well away.
