The workplace culture deteriorated under pressure, and there's considerable disorganization regarding product direction. Many completed development projects never reach production due to frequently shifting priorities after completion. Leadership demonstrates overconfidence in their product vision despite evidence suggesting otherwise. Their decision-making often doesn't align with market needs. Digio enjoyed early success as a first mover in the Esign space, but growth has noticeably slowed as competitors have entered the market. Several prominent Indian companies have moved away from Digio's services as the company struggled to evolve its product design to meet contemporary standards.
