      The training is fantastic, the culture is great (birthday/holiday celebrations), and most of the people are amazing. It's a good place for someone fresh out of college.

      The CEO isn't passionate about the people and there's a personal relationship between two members of upper management. The pay is terrible and there is a lot of late night and weekend work.

      I don't have any. People have to realize that when you come to work - you are there to work. Don't watch movies on you cell phone or text your friends all day and think no one notices just because you have some down time.
