Some groups of people are making this company worse, especially in the Trivandrum leadership team. They are the ones playing a lot of politics in this organization and showing favoritism to their buddies. The organization lacks proper rules, as they keep changing according to the leadership team. It's such an unprofessional organization. Most employees are trying to distance themselves from this leadership team. Additionally, the leadership team doesn't even know how to behave towards the employees.
