Statistics and reports are often requested last-minute — sometimes only 30 minutes before a meeting — creating unnecessary pressure. Daily overtime has become the norm in order to keep up with regular tasks. This has led to the biggest burnout I’ve experienced in my life. Management is condescending, and the manager does not defend or support the team. The culture claims to be “like a family,” but in reality, it is far from it.
