Interview process, onboarding and hiring on have been a breeze. Was fortunate in that my onboarding synced up with the North American SKO, allowing me to immediately meet 80% of the employees I’ll be working with (primarily remotely). Can’t ask for a better way to start and begin engaging. Everyone is extremely professional AND easy to get along with. Teams have a wealth of knowledge and there seems to be little to no gatekeeping which for me: new to the industry and job role is highly appreciated.

Have not had a negative interaction or gripe yet. First remote role so this is a learning experience.

- Warm Welcome & Leadership Access: Met with leadership 1:1 and every team member early on, which gave great visibility and connection. - Face-to-Face Interaction: Despite being 100% remote, meeting several colleagues in person during the first week set a positive tone. - Structured Onboarding: Formal HR-led onboarding with clear training videos, assessments, and tasks to confirm understanding. - Supportive Environment: Easy access to people and resources; everyone seems approachable and helpful. - Professional Development: Opportunity to work toward platform certification right away. - Compliance & HR Training: Completed essential courses smoothly without confusion. - Company Culture: Positive impression of collaboration and inclusivity from the start.

- Remote Challenges: Being fully remote means less spontaneous interaction; requires proactive effort to stay connected, especially with multiple time zones. Had some technical issues with equipment and set up early on. - Information Overload: A lot of training content upfront can feel overwhelming (though well-organized). - Timing Dependency: In-person meetings were due to good timing—might not be consistent for all new hires.
