Drivers Select is a great new alternative to car buying and selling. I am a CEO with the Sales team. The recruitment team epitomizes the Be Transparent core value. There is no cap on earnings for commission bonuses. The uniforms reflect the laid back and common ground approach to their business practices. There is a break room area where the company routinely stocks groceries for consumption by any member, monthly CARE meetings to celebrate fellow co-workers AND catered lunches for days where the volume doesn't allow a trip to the local eatery, etc.
