8yThank you for your feedback. It is appreciated. While we are in retail, which naturally requires longer and more sporadic hours than the regular 9-5, we work very hard on living our core value of Be Transparent, which helps us to better integrate our work and personal lives. These days, work/life balance is hard to achieve. We strive for this but also for work/life integration. Retail can have a challenging schedule so we want to make sure we do everything we can to support tribe members' home life by living Be Transparent - where tribe members are open and honest about what is happening in their personal lives so we can support and accommodate as much as possible.
If someone works at driversselect, then we want to put resources into them - not just take resources out of them. We want to see our people grow and flourish and move up/ahead in their careers. We have wonderful stories of tribe members who have worked their way up from being drivers/lot attendants to sales and finance managers. We always look inside to fill any position first before we entertain outside candidates. We will game film where we could be better at setting expectations on an individual basis, but we will always encourage our tribe members who are experiencing success in their positions to reach for the next level in their careers with driversselect.
