La leadership è completamente disfunzionale e mal organizzata. Il leader delle Americhe non ha una visione. I leader del settore non hanno una visione. L'azienda continua a licenziare persone e ad assumerne altre contemporaneamente. La maggior parte delle persone che lavorano qui pensa ancora di lavorare per DuPont (prendetevi la mano, DSS non lavora più per DuPont da più di 5 anni).
