Gym at the office with personal trainers (if you ever get the time). Some nice and smart people. You get to make excellent connections and learn new things as the budgets are very high. Nice end of year bonuses. Long hours of work are the norm - although flexible hours are advertised.

High level of stress Company is fairly new and processes for work are still not mature, you end up going in loops. Emiratization is very actively strong and that means sometimes those who are less qualified get promoted and the those who work hard stay where they are. Also Wasta and relationships. Unstable - almost annual restructures and terminating employees and higher management is not uncommon with no transparent reasons. Politics exist everywhere, but here it was complicated and lots going on under the table. Very cliquey culture running from higher management to lower levels. Too damn many VP's and EVP's and CXO's! It's like half of the company holds a VP position.
