On the back of what I was saying about XXX yesterday, I have been both pleasantly surprised and relieved about the people at eBECS I have been speaking with in the last month or two, especially in light of my imminent joining. I don’t know what kind of magic you’re doing there but everyone, without exception, has said how great it is, what a fantastic company it is to work for and what an amazing team they work with. This is all before I mention I’m going to be joining the Team. Every person I have spoken to has nothing but good words, positivity and high praise for the company, whether they are 2 months or eight years in. I even have some pals in the industry pretty jealous of me joining you guys. Just thought you’d like to know that the people you have employed are happy to be so and as a new recruit it is extremely refreshing to hear. I’m very excited to be joining!

In fact, the only negativity has come from other Partners, in the form of sour grapes etc, which I don’t really care about to be fair.
